Yes, 1 year ago I was walking around carrying this extra baggage of 50 lbs on me.
Have you picked up a 50lb bag of dog food?
It's not the lightest that's for sure.
Did you know the loss of this 50lbs took 200lbs of pressure off my knees😮😮
For every 1 lb you lose it takes 4 lbs of pressure off.
You have to be willing to change, you have to wake up every morning and tell yourself you can do it, you have to know it's a slow process and learn patience, you have to invest in you. You have to realize not everyday is going be easy and your going to be motivated.
Never let a stumble in the road be the end of your journey, make time to workout, remember any exercise is better than no exercise, take 1 day at a time, take 1 pound at a time, focus on your health and not your weight, the weight will take care of itself and let's be realistic
Stop wishing for it and start working for it.
I feel amazing where I'm at right now although I do have a long road ahead of me, this journey is about life and living this life your given to the fullest. It's about happiness, learning, loving, growing, teaching, and sharing. It's about being better and smarter than the you from yesterday.
Here's to life and being the best version of yourself, make 2018 your time to shine and get that inner badass to work itself out.
