: 0 Tempeh Scramble
Heat a large pan on medium heat. Sauté 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 thinly sliced onion, 3 cloves garlic, and one chopped carrot (sub bell pepper or zucchini) until onion browns. In food processor blend 1 block of tempeh, 1 heaping cup broccoli, 1 tsp turmeric, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon until chunky. Add tempeh mixture and cook for another 4-5 min. Add two diced tomatoes and black pepper.
