: 0 Buenas buenas, vieron mis stories? 😬 Por ahi les comentaba que mucha gente piensa que yo como poquito, pero no. ✋ Yo me alimento como debe ser, respecto a las verduras, yo no escatimo la verdaz, las verduras frescas las puedo comer en cantidad (lechuga, kale, tomate, pepino, etc), en cuanto a las verduras cocidas, ahi si mido las cantidades porque sabemos algunas cambian su valor nutricional cuando se cocinan (choclo, zanahoria, brocoli, coliflor, vainita, arverjas, etc). 🍆🍅🌽 . Lo que si realmente mido las porcionas son para las proteinas, carbohidratos y grasa. Como acorde a mis requerimientos de cada macro que como dije, son diferentes al de ustedes. 😉 . Para todo esto, y saber cuanto comer de cada alimento debes verte con un nutricionista.
