I didn't expect these results because I only wanted to be more energised and stop falling sick but I wanna tell you that if you really do wanna make a change, mind also comes first. ⠀ I decided that I have to take charge of my life and I kind of force it through. I started going to the gym after work and it's really tiring during the first week. Second week got better. Then third week was the shittiest cz I had my PMS. But I still try to run more than just walk. I would run to buy lunch and sprint really fast in the mall 😂 instead of walking. ⠀ It really does help to push up my energy and after a month of building back up my active lifestyle I really do feel so so much better! I focus a lot internally. Because I have depression and my mind is the most important of all. And I still eat quiet a lot of nonsense so in really not restricting the diet. What I learn from this experience is that, it is important to be active. And I don't believe in restrictive diet because I know none of the diet can last long. ⠀ So I eat whatever I want, but I always try to at least eat healthier instead of burger everyday. The first week is always the hardest, second week begin to be ok. Third week is always PMS and you would feel defeated but no worries cz fourth week you will feel ok again. I remind myself. Ce soir je vous propose une recette ultra simple à réaliser, pour vous faire un délicieux pancake (oui oui un seul suffira, il est costaud, surtout avec mes quantités 😆). Bien sûr comme toujours, les quantités sont à modifier selon VOS BESOINS. Je vous donne les VN à la fin avec MES quantités pour un pancake avec une cuillère à café de pâte à tartiner protéiné 👌🏻😉. 🔷I N G R E D I E N T S 📝: ▫️100 g de farine d’avoine (pour une version SANS-GLUTEN, on remplacera par une farine de patate douce par exemple 🍠) ▫️15 g de WHEY CONCENTRAT (pas en période de restriction glucidique, donc j’utilise une Whey bon marché, et ça m’évite de rajouter du sucre vu qu’il y en a déjà pas mal dedans, sous forme de lactose. Donc pour ceux qui ont un régime SANS-LACTOSE, on privilégiera un ISOLAT de Whey 😉) ▫️10 g de poudres d’amandes. (Permet d’avoir un bon apport en lipides en plus de donner pas mal de goût. Ça rappel pas mal un petit goût de frangipane, donc réserver à ceux qui aiment ✌🏼) ▫️2 œufs entiers BIO (je le martèle déjà assez comme ça, on privilégie au maximum les œufs bio et entiers. Les lipides contenus dans le jaune sont de bonnes qualités, donc inutiles de les virer 😉✌🏼) ▫️150 a 200 ml de «lait » d’amandes.(Car j’aime son goût tout simplement et pour ceux qui veulent une recette sans LACTOSE, ça peut être utile ✌🏼) 🔷P R E P A R A T I O N 🥣: ▫️On mélange le tout dans un récipient adéquat, jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte ni trop épaisse ni trop liquide. ▫️Dans une poêle préalablement huilée (préférence pour l’huile de coco quand il s’agit de préparation sucrée).
