Scotland A bit of intense a couple of days to get as much done as possible before... opportunity to do even more. 🤔 On the one hand is awesome to make every minute count in productive way. ☝️ On the other one getting myself chained to a computer might backfired for a long run. 🤯 However deep down inside I believe if I train myself to push as hard as I can and start getting results I’m after... assets and new opportunities might be a new way to work things differently. 🤨 With that in mind and without further ado it’s time to get back to my laptop. 👍😬

Just put in the time, work and effort and other things will naturally fall into place. You get fitter & better at training which makes it more enjoyable, you see more progression that keeps you motivated to continue. You naturally make better decisions with food because of how it makes you feel when you’re active and how it helps you maximise your effort. You start to prioritise your time better...training 4/5 times a week significantly reduces your ability and time available to get blacked out 3 times a week. It’s simple but simple is not easy...start by putting in the work 💪🏾
