👑 Novina Did a new 25min strength training session this morning then got in a 1001 cal burn cardio session on the Max trainer this afternoon while baby girl was napping. Had to pull the Max Trainer into the living room today because I was NOT about to go work out in a 9 degree garage while it’s sleeting outside🌨. I’m thinking ahhhh heck to the naw!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. But all in all I had two good workouts and my body is pretty tired! My shoulders and arms were so sore I could barely hold myself up in plank. It’s not always going to be easy. In fact it shouldn’t be. When your being challenged, that’s when change occurs.
